MARSHALL A. GLICK has practiced law for over 39 years and has 18 years of extension teaching experience at U.C.L.A. and at other U.C. campuses. His teaching subjects have ranged from Advanced Estate Planning, Real Property Law and Corporation Law courses conducted both on and off campus, and in extension classes given at the U.C.L.A. School of Law. He has lectured on a statewide basis at various campuses of the University of California, speaking on such topics as "Advanced Estate Planning -- Transferring Property Into Revocable Living Trusts" and "The Mechanics Of Financing -- Promissory Notes and Deeds Of Trust". Mr. Glick is particularly well known for forming and processing nonprofit, tax exempt organizations with the IRS in record time.  In 2002 and 2004 Mr. Glick authored books for CCH Incorporated, a national legal publishing company, on the subject of forming nonprofit, tax exempt organizations.  His legal fees are among the lowest obtainable from well established law firms in Los Angeles, and all applications are completed within 2 to 3 weeks for submission to the IRS.

Mr. Glick is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was a Dean's List Honor Student and from which he received his B.A. in Political Science in 1965. He attended the U.C.L.A. School of Law, achieving first in his class in Remedies and Legal Research and Writing, graduating in 1968 with the degree of Juris Doctor. Mr. Glick was admitted to the California State Bar in 1969 and became qualified to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1973 and before the United State Tax Court in 1974. He holds a lifetime Standard Designated Adult Teaching Credential issued by the State of California in 1973.

Mr. Glick maintains a busy private law practice in Los Angeles, California, and for thirty seven years he has emphasized tax and estate planning, real estate law, corporation law, business law and civil litigation. He is a native of California and lives in Los Angeles. He is a past President of B'nai B'rith Honor Lodge and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors of Concern Foundation For Cancer Research. He has also been active in a number of other community and public interest organizations, including the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in which he has served as the Executive Vice President of the Greater Los Angeles--Orange County Chapter, which honored him for his efforts in connection with fund raising activities (no one in Mr. Glick's family has Cystic Fibrosis). Mr. Glick has also lectured in tax and estate planning classes at The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), The Learning Tree University, and on the subject of forming nonprofit, tax exempt organizations at UCLA, and at The Learning Annex.
